Maryland Health Connection Open Enrollment Starts Nov. 1

If your employer doesn’t provide health care coverage, you can purchase, renew, or change your health insurance plan through Maryland Health Connection, our state’s official health insurance marketplace, from November 1st to December 15th.

Maryland Health Connection seeks to provide quality health insurance coverage that fits your budget. When you apply for coverage, you may also qualify for financial help, such as tax credits, cost sharing reductions, or even free or low-cost coverage. During last year’s enrollment period, nine in 10 people who enrolled through Maryland Health Connection qualified for some form of financial assistance.

Note: You must enroll by December 15, 2017, in order to have coverage begin on January 1, 2018.

Learn about available plans, compare coverage options, and enroll online through Maryland Health Connection at https://www.marylandhealthconnection.gov/. You can also call 1–855–642–8572.
